Travelling from the north....

• Head South on A1, Take exit marked A69 Hexham/A186 City West, turn left onto A186.

*Follow the road down to traffic lights, straight over to 'The Denton' Pub roundabout and turn right. Follow to next mini roundabout and turn left onto Whickham View. The gym is on the left hand side approx 0.75mile up the road.

Travelling from the south....

• Head North on A1, Take exit marked A69 Hexham/A186 City West, turn right onto A186.
• Now go to * on directions from the north. 

Travelling from the West....

• Head East on A69, when you reach Newcastle and the junction of A69/A1 go straight over roundabout onto A186.
